I’m Chris, a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach dedicated to helping people build stronger, healthier, and more capable bodies through a strength‑first approach. My philosophy is simple: when you get stronger—physically and mentally—everything else gets better.
I specialize in creating logical, progressive training programs that meet you where you are right now and move you step by step toward your goals. We stack small wins, small adaptations, into big results. Whether that means lifting heavier, moving better, dropping body fat, or living pain‑free, I use evidence‑based methods that build strength as the foundation for every success.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients:

My coaching centres around barbell strength training, but fundamentally we will use whatever methods that will best get you to your goals—always with an emphasis on sustainable progress, technical precision, and real‑world performance.
I offer in‑person sessions at my gym in Downtown Kitchener, Ontario, and online coaching for more time and location flexibility.
